Suggestions and Complaints

We constantly strive to give the best care possible. If you have any suggestions or are unhappy about any aspect of our service, please discuss it with your doctor or nurse or you can ask to see or write to the practice manager. We will be happy to listen to your suggestions or criticisms. If you have a specific complaint ask for a Complaints Leaflet at reception. This will tell you about our complaints procedure.

 

If you have a complaint we will:

 

• attempt to address the problem immediately, if possible

 

• acknowledge the complaint in writing within two days

 

• investigate appropriately and provide you with a written response within ten days.
