Confidentiality
The practice treats all information in strictest confidence. We will not release information to any other person (e.g. spouse, relative, employer, insurance company, etc.) unless we have the permission of the patient concerned.
If we contact you by telephone we will not usually leave a message on an answering machine unless we have been given permission to do so and the patient is identified on the recorded message.
To maintain confidentiality we will always withhold our telephone number when we make a call. Please bear in mind that we may not be able to contact you by telephone if you choose to bar “number withheld” calls.
