Ordering

Please note that due to high demand, we need advance notice to process repeat medication requests and the turnaround time is five working days and seven days for new requests.
Collecting
It will take at least five working days (e.g. not weekends and bank holidays) after you have submitted your repeat request and seven days for new requests before your prescription is ready to collect.
If you send us a stamped addressed envelope we can send your prescriptions direct to you.
Most of our prescriptions are delivered straight to a pharmacy unless you would prefer to collect your prearranged prescription from our reception desk. You must indicate if you would like to collect your prescription to our team and GPs. Also, please make sure you let us know which pharmacy you would like us to send your prescription to, to avoid confusion and delay.
Medication Reviews
Please check your repeat prescription slip for your reminder to book an appointment to review any long term medications.
Hospital Discharge
If you have attended a hospital clinic or been discharged from hospital you will usually be given enough medication for seven days.
