Repeat Prescriptions

Please order your repeat medication by ticking the boxes on the “re-order form” which comes with your prescription. To reduce the risk of errors we are only able to accept requests in writing. You should allow two working days before collection from the surgery or the chemist. Please note that if you have not been seen for some time, you will be asked to see your doctor before a prescription is issued. In general, any patient receiving a regular repeat prescription should see their doctor once every year to review their treatment.

You can also order your repeat prescriptions 'online' using our new Website. Before you can do so, you'll need to 'register' for this service with the practice. Please enquire at reception for further information. To order your prescription online, click the button below.
